Qualifications:
Familiar with one of customer OSS statistic data format, e.g. NSN (OSS 4.0 or above), Ericsson, Huawei (M2000)
Understand RF Parameters and value, e.g. Handover parameter, Idle parameter and Power control.
Able to process Site generator database, e.g. NokPlan or MCom
Experience in optimizing 2G or 3G networks, i.e. BSC or Cluster size
Fully understand Drive test measurement tools, i.e. TEMS or NEMO
Able to process Drive test data through reputable Drive test analysis tools, e.g. TEMS Analysis, Actix, Dingli.
GENERAL REQUIREMENTS:
Good command of English, due to overseas nature of the clients.
Willing to work in Bali or Sumatra Selatan

Responsibilities:
Working as part of a support team, the NOC Engineer is required to resolve and provide customer to Network / Broadband / Telecommunications issues for customers based overseas in timely manner
Conducting analysis on Network Technical Issues, Liaising with technical Support escalation teams in order to maintain optimum Network Up – time and minimize network downtime issues
Responsible in network maintenance and provide some periodic check of the solution like the configuration’s solution implemented to avoid the problems occurs as small as possible
Maintain the direct operations and security system to prevent some fraud in the network’s solution implementation
Maintain the performance of the solution in the good conditions such as explore new software or new utility to update the network’s solution delivered.
Requirements:
Hold Bachelor Degree majoring in Engineering ( Computer / Telecommunication ), Computer Science / Information Technology or equivalent
Fluent English and native Indonesian is a must
Strong experience in level 2 customer support and trouble ticket escalation ( at least 2 years )
Able to show network knowledge deeply, such as IP Networking, Routing ( Adaptive ) and Addressing
Strong knowledge and experience in Routing protocols like BGP, OSPF, IPX, SMTP, TCP, RIP ect
Hold a CCNA certification
