LOWONGAN KERJA SERVICE TECHNICAL SUPPORT ENGINEER
Job desc:
Solve the technical complaint from operators and customers
Monitor service agency’s repair business, improve technical ability of service agency
Analyze the terminal product’s quality by collecting system data and necessary information from all service points
Provide technical training about new product to service point engineers
Find the weakness or improving suggestion for the products by searching information from service point’s engineers or customers
Support by giving advice and technical solution from hotline service
Requirements:
Male with min age 25 years old
Telecommunications, Electronic, Computer Science or relevant area
Minimum 2 years experience in the field of terminal products after-sales service, have experience on terminal repair will be highlight
Good English communicate and team work skill
Conscientious , Self-conscious and result oriented, willing work overtime
Able to speak Mandarin will be highlight
