Job Description:
To supply Network Reports to the customers (both internal & external).
To view whole network status at a glance & in details this reporting team is creating reports regularly.
To identify the network problems & raise flag to the concerned teams.
Requirements:
Junior college level in Telecommunication / Computer Science
Minimum 1 year of experience in Operation & Maintenance implementation / integration / operation / support or testing environment or Good college graduate
Basic knowledge of telecommunication network.
Network service focused.
Good knowledge of official business software application.
Adequate support system knowledge and shall be able to use required applications after proper set-up, with use of documentation without further assistance.
