LOWONGAN DIRECT SALES MANAGER – JABODETABEK
Job Descriptions:
Seek and identify opportunities and capture new business from the communities
Build and win the new prospect communities including estimated realization of the sales target plan
Manage, maintain and develop existing communities to ensure deliverables, scope and csutomer's satisfaction
Manage (plan & execute) all road shows and events wihtin his/her region
Able to achieve sales target according to the sales plan
Clearly communicate the product portfolio being offered by AXIS
Lead, guide and manage Direct Sales team and ensure that we achieve the sales target
Compile and prepare sales project report, ensure accuracy of data report and on time submission
Regularly visit the communities and employ a consultative selling approach to ensure success in achieving sales target
Job Requirements:
Have experience in managing retail and direct to consumer market at least 3 years
Have B2B and Telco experience would be an adventage
Preferebly have background in Trade Marketing/Marketing Communication/Events Management
Fluent in English and Computer is a must
Have good competencies in Planning & Organizing, Strategic Decision Making, Collaborations and Sales Persusiveness
