Telecom Jobs Business Development Manager – Wireless/Telecommunications
Our client, a global MNC is a leader in providing cutting edge GIS/Navigation Systems, Solutions for customers around the world. As the Business Development Manager (BDM) based in Indonesia, you will work in an entrepreneurial and dynamic environment and be responsible for driving the overall sales and business development activities for a strong portfolio of navigation and location based services in Indonesia.
Key responsibilities include:
Develop, maintain and manage prospects and existing customers focusing on Wireless Operators, Telcos, ISP, Portals accounts in accordance to Corporate and SEA sales and marketing strategy
Develop and expand a community of partners and application developers using the company’s map data and contents to include in the portfolio of applications that these accounts can offer to the end users and customers.
Plan and execute sales and marketing activities to agreed budgets and timelines, and integrate sales efforts with other organized marketing activities, e.g. product launches, promotions, advertising, exhibitions and telemarketing.
Develop, maintain and manage both new and existing customer relationships through appropriate propositions and ethical sales methods, with relevant internal parties, to optimize customer acquisition and retention. It is critical to closely liaise with global account management and support teams on all global accounts.
Coordinate and manage product mix, pricing and margins closely with Customer Marketing, Business Affairs and in accordance with company guidelines.
Monitor and report on market and competitor activities and provide relevant reports and information.
Record, analyse, report and administer all sales and marketing activities according to the company’s
processes, systems and requirements.
Managing all opportunities in the CRM (salesforce.com)
Attend and present at external customer meetings and internal meetings with other company functions necessary to perform duties and aid business development
dentify possible sourcing and/or collaborative content partnerships and work closely with Product Management and the Digital Mapping Organisations to secure and enhance the core product.
Key Skills and Experience:
Must have Tertiary Qualifications in Business, Computing, Engineering, or Applied Sciences

Minimum of 5 years relevant experience in ICT, Content/Media, Telecommunications, New Media and/or digital mapping industry verticals would be a great advantage
Candidates with experience within the Wireless/Telecom industry will be highly regarded

Must have at least 2 years of successful sales experience of telecom equipments to Indonesian Mobile Operators (i.e. Telkomsel, Indosat, XL, Telkom, Hutchison, Esia, NTS, Smart).
Good relationship with personnel of Indonesian Operators are highly preferred
Experience in GSM/CDMA/WCDMA network optimization field preferred.
Able to understand and communicate products and technical information.
Proficient in assessing customer needs.
Able to conduct territory analysis/planning
Able to understand/communicate complex contract conditions and develop proposals.
Able to work independently.
Good interpersonal skills and value teamwork
Reasonably good English communication skills including verbal, reading and written skills

Integration Manager (Jakarta based)
Responsibilities:
Planning and managing project wide integration activities from Scoping, Design, Build, Test and Deployment activities
Be familiar with all end to end system process definition for the required solution and be able to sort any relevant issue with customer or other parties.
Synchronizes the requirements between the account team and the different product units.
Ensures traceability between requirements, work plans, design, coding and testing in regards of all integration activities.
Conducts design reviews for all integrations issues related customer involvements.
Coordinates integration Prototype or Proof of Concept activities if needed.
Works with the Solution Architect to define the integration points.
Coordinates the creation and management of an integrated on site test plan, including integration with other parties on site.
Creating, adjusting or modifying required documents and templates.
Identify and monitoring interdependencies between integration between various applications, modules and systems and other implementation activities, sub projects and teams.
Planning and establishing after go-live activities including ongoing support.
Will be a key member of the management team.
Profile:
University degree in IT or equivalent with a minimum of 8-10 years working experience
Good background in Project Management
Technical experience in large or complex IT projects or environments is preferred
Specialized in integration of products, software packages and systems
Good knowledge of Telecommunication systems is mandatory
Ability to see the big picture
Be creative in integration ideas
Cooperative and persuasive
People management skills
Experience in managing 3rd parties and sub contractors
Client facing skills
Good English is a must

TECHNICAL SUPPORT ENGINEER
Job Description :
Support the day-to-day surveillance activity in network operation center.
Support configuration and management and configuration data changes on the supported system
Responsible for trouble ticket escalation and work order assignment
Conduct first level diagnostics in isolating and identifying fault location and perform troubleshooting to solve the problem
Classify type of faults based on severity of the problem
Support for system performance analysis and fault reporting
Qualifications :
Knowledge in telecommunication environment, especially in business support system and operation support system
Has experience in administrating UNIX operation system and Database ( Oracle, MySQL)
Posses a good skill in problem analysis and troubleshooting
Minimum S1 degree in telecommunication engineering or software engineering with at least 2 years of experience in the same position
General Requirements :
University degree from reputable university.
Fluent communication in English.
Posses a good communication skill.
Result oriented, positive initiatives in learning.
Be able to work as a team with minimum supervision
Flexible and responsive to changing work patterns and demands.
Be able to travel throughout Indonesia.

Capable of strategic and tactical thinking and proposing methods, tools and procedures to meet quality requirements within given project schedule
Good presentation skills both written and spoken (English) combined with ability to facilitate and present technical and business information from a quality process perspective at workshops
Data collection and analysis capabilities

Candidate must have Bachelor Degree (S1) from Engineering (Electrical/Telecommunication) from reputable university
Minimum 4 years experience in Network Base Station Subsystem, BTS, BSC, Spurlink, Coverage, Signaling from Telco industries

Telecom Job Specialist Mobile Marketing

The job holder will be responsible to manage mobile marketing strategy, planning and implementation in order to help advertiser to get the most out of their relationship. This includes strategizing program / partnership, ongoing program development and innovation. And also to enhance the advertising and content product portfolio
Telecom Job Specialist – Mobile Marketing (Code: S-MM)
Bachelor Degree from reputable universities
Has min 5 years of experience as Sales Marketing or Communication Program Development, preferably from broadcasting or mobile media industry
Must have extensive experience dealing with television ads / other media agency for a broadcast
Has strong conceptual, innovative and creative thinking
Self driven with high achievement motivation
Possess a good communication and interpersonal skill
Excellent in verbal and written communication skills for both Bahasa and English
An attractive compensation package commensurate to experience and qualification will be offered to the selected candidates. Qualified candidates are invited to forward their comprehensive resumes using the designated codes not later than March 08, 2010
