Our client is a multinational company within the telecommunication industry. They are currently looking for:
QA Manager (Jakarta based)
Responsibilities:
Work collaboratively with all internal stakeholders such as managers, business analysts, developers, testers and 3rd party vendor experts to ensure highest level of quality of all processes and deliverables
Manage and define Quality plan, quality standards, tools and templates
Monitor and control; ensure project execution and deliverables comply to the defined Quality standards
Develop and facilitate the execution of quality improvement plans
Lead the resolution of quality issues and escalate to governance as appropriate
Execute quality audits (design, implementation and evaluation)
Review and check project documentation including:
process maps
use cases
gap analysis
high level specification (HLS)
high level design (HLD)
Participate, facilitate and lead process changes
Perform any other activities, as requested by the project management to support the definition, development and implementation of solutions
Requirements:
University degree in IT / Computer Science or equivalent
Minimum of 6 years working experience preferably in a Telecommunications environment and/or in software development and deployment projects
Minimum of 2 years experience in quality management
Knowledge of the SDLC, ETOM and ITIL
Proven experience in standards to document business processes and flows
Knowledge of process analysis, review techniques and methodologies
Experience in testing control, measurement and management
Good domain knowledge in Telecommunications (Online Charging, Billing, Service Fulfillment or Service Assurance)
Capable of strategic and tactical thinking and proposing methods, tools and procedures to meet quality requirements within given project schedule
Good presentation skills both written and spoken (English) combined with ability to facilitate and present technical and business information from a quality process perspective at workshops
Data collection and analysis capabilities
