Sales Manager
Qualifications Required:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
Must have 5 plus years of successful working experience in Indonesian Telecom industry for either mobile operator or telecom equipment vendor or major local telecom equipment distributor(sub-contractor);
Must have at least 2 years of successful sales experience of telecom equipments to Indonesian Mobile Operators (i.e. Telkomsel, Indosat, XL, Telkom, Hutchison, Esia, NTS, Smart).
Good relationship with personnel of Indonesian Operators are highly preferred
Experience in GSM/CDMA/WCDMA network optimization field preferred.
Able to understand and communicate products and technical information.
Proficient in assessing customer needs.
Able to conduct territory analysis/planning
Able to understand/communicate complex contract conditions and develop proposals.
Able to work independently.
Good interpersonal skills and value teamwork
Reasonably good English communication skills including verbal, reading and written skills
