Lowongan Telecom Position Overview:

Serves customers by selling products and service; meeting customer needs.


Job Responsibilities:

Services existing accounts, obtains orders, and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales channels.
Adjusts content of sales presentations by studying new products and services.
Focuses sales efforts by studying existing and potential customers.
Submits orders by referring to price lists and product literature.
Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.
Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing,products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, etc.
Recommends changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments.
Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management.
Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
Provides historical records by maintaining records on area and customer sales.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.



Telecom Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or above in Telecommunications, Wireless or Electronics Engineering or Equivalent
At least 3 years of working experience in wireless telecommunications industry, preferably in mobile operator or mobile equipment vendor
Practica experience in mobile telecommunications, in-building coverage is an valuable asset
With present character and to be enthusiastic to work along with peoples
Willing to communicate with peoples from different cultures and backgrounds
Able to finish the assignment with a tight schedule and short notice
Good analytical skills and problem solving skills
Self-motivated, result-oriented, determined and proactive
Good communications in written and spoken English and Indonesian
Willing to travel frequently

Under the guidance of the supervisor perform coding, testing, debugging programming assignment. May need to study and evaluate user requirement and conduct subsequent implementation and documentation.


Roles & Responsibilities:
Perform programming assignment.
Refine data and format final product.
Tests and develops modifications and writes operational manual.
Writes new program code using prescribed specifications, as appropriate.
Provide support and problem resolution; collaborate with other teams to create quicker issue resolution to achieve high customer satisfaction.
Answer escalation questions and provide consulting service for internal colleagues where appropriate.
Develop and maintain an in-depth working knowledge of all products and services offered by the Company.
Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.



Requirements:
Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science or related discipline.

Developing and expanding IP network and capability in Indonesia.
Equipment Installation – To install and configure network equipment including routers, switches, VoIP gateways, multiplexers, echo cancellers, DC power systems and digital cross connects
Network Management – To monitor and troubleshoot networks using network management systems and tools.
Service Installations – Install and commission circuits including voice, data, Ethernet and IPVPN services.
Network Build – To install and maintain network equipment including; Cisco routers, VoIP gateways and switches, Loop Telecom as well as Sycamore DNXs multiplexer.
Administration Duties – To maintain records, network schematics and databases.
Project Management – To project manage large customer installations ensuring the projects are delivered on time and within budget.
