2G/3G RF OPTIMIZATION ENGINEER
Requirements:
Minimum hold bachelor degree in telecommunication, IT, electronics or related specialties
Good knowledge and experience in 2G/3G RF planning & optimization
Fully understand Drive Test measurement tools, i.e. TEMS or NEMO
Have experience in analyzing RF performance through drive test measurement, fact finding problems an put recommendation to fix those problems
Good presentation skills
Work independently, self driven and motivated
Proactive learner
