PT Naviga Tech Asia with the cooperation of a Singaporean company is developing a GSM standalone relay for remote area. This project aim to enable remote areas like palm plantations, mining sites or cargo ship/ferry to deploy their own private GSM network for SMS purpose, remotely connected by satellite to a main mobile carrier.
Software Developer (Location: Bandung)
The incumbent will be in charge to develop the ground system which is providing the interworking between the mobile carrier and the GSM standalone relay, this include the implementation of the signaling protocol and the development of a credential and billing system. The profile should be someone used to work with network and telecoms protocols with good programing skills in system and scripting languages.
Position Requirements
Bachelor Degree in IT, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering related dispiline
Knowledge in Network protocol such as TCP, UDP, SCPT, SS7, HTTPS
Proficient in C, Perl, Phyton is preferred
Good knowledge in Linux (Ubuntu, Debian) Operating System
Good knowledge in Database (SQLite, PostgreSQL)
Knowledge in Telecommunication, such as GSM, SMS, ISDN, VoIP (SIP, H.323)

Senior Logistic Officer
Responsibilities:
Manage overall logistic functions.
Follow up product delivery schedule to ensure on time deliver
Coordinate and work closely with sales to control inventory stock level and avoid dead stock
Analyze all sales & inventory movement and monitor turnover for stores and warehouse to meet the minimum stock level
To co-operate with overseas and local suppliers for all purchases
To co-ordinate with all parties concerned
Process the report to the regulatory
Qualification:
2-3 years related experience
Bachelor’s Degree or higher in any relevant fields.
Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
Good level of computer literacy with knowledge in SAP would be an advantage
Strong analytical and management skill.
Good in English both spoken and written.
