Contact Centre Operations, Executive - Jakarta


Responsibilities :
Maintain good quality of contact center operations.
Manage complaint and recovery management upon the whole contact center operations
Liaison among cross function unit across functions of unit.
Shows good performance upon any assignment across customer service area.


Requirements:
Min. Diploma (D3), Bachelor is prepareable (any major)
At least 2 years experience in same field
Strong knowledge in Customer Service Appllication (such as: IVR, PABX, Sales Application, SAP, CRM application, etc)
English fluency and computer literacy is a must
Personality : customer oriented, people oriented, conceptual thinking, proactive and good interpersonal skill.
High motivation and fast learner
Open minded
