Billing Supervisor
Responsibilities:
- Manage overall billing and invoice sent to customer
- Manage Outsource Billing partner/agencies bill printing and delivery
- Manage billing reporting
- Establish and update/maintain the Business Process or Procedures related to Postpaid Billing product/services in NTS
- Be responsible to analyze and monitor the product performance and then give recommendation for Postpaid Billing Business Process, Procedure and Policy improvement
- Be responsible for producing a monthly report on all related postpaid billing business aspects
- Be responsible to monitor and reporting the quality of all Postpaid
- Billing process and execution.
Requirements:
Bachelor degree from Economy, Finance, Telecommunication Engineering or Computer Science
3 years experience in Managing Billing
Good writing & presentation skill
Very good knowledge of Billing Technology and best practices
