SALES ENGINEER
Requirements:
Diploma in Electronics Engineering or Electrical Engineering
At least 3 years’ relevant experience on sales and marketing in electronics industry
Good communication skills in English, verbal and written
Good customer orientation and customer handling skill
Good problem-solving skills
Achievement oriented
Must have own vehicle
Responsibilities
Increasing sales volume and profit with existing customers
Meeting sales and gross profit quota
Reducing the possibility of profit margin erosion
Maximizing opportunities to sell off demo where possible
Creation of new accounts where possible
Minimizing inventory ageing and maximizing AR collection
Keeping existing and potential customers updated on new products, services and technologies
Gathering market information on customer’s activities, projects and sales forecasts
Identifying product and technology trends and providing competitive information to product marketing
Establish and maintain high level of customer intimacy with customers
Working closely with the team on special pricing, discount controller, timely and accurate forecast for the customers.
Be knowledgeable on responsible products and markets such that we can match company solutions to customers’ needs
Prepare Sales activities report
Set and maintain customer profile
