We service a wide range of nine product groups including: storage, personal computers and notebooks, displays, printers, mobile phones, networks, videocom, gaming and imaging.
In line with our business expansion in Indonesia, we seek qualified professionals to join us in the following position:
OPERATION MANAGER
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible in whole production / repair area process
Responsible in Company’s Target Achieving
Decision Maker to Problem Solution in Operation area
Monitoring and managing man power and whole process of Production
Preparing and reporting monthly target achieving.
Responsible in productivity reporting : Turn Around Time , phone repair target and Call Back unit
Work with support group & production area to ensure meaningful & workable quality criteria is establish
Hold quality review meeting and escalate action as and where needed quarterly
Quality problem review and corrective action follow up
Assist customer complaint response and corrective action follow up
Establish QA procedure, inspection criteria & checklist
Job Requirements
Formal Education and Skills
Diploma degree in Electronics or any related disciplines
Work Experience (Minimum)
Minimal 3 year experience as Operation Manager in electronics product
Skill Requirements
Comprehends manufacturing electronics business experience
Understand about FIFO concept.
Full understand and can operate Quality Management System (QMS)
Competency Requirements
Detailed oriented / meticulous.
Computer literate
Good command in English (oral & written).
