Senior RNP Engineer
Main Responsibilities
Reviewing contractual and work package commitments.
Developing and publishing guidelines for the most efficient planning and engineering design for the network.
Producing and implementing full Network Planning department end-to-end processes, including but not limited to departmental milestones that are harmonized with the main delivery project plan..
Development and issue of the Radio Network Planning and Optimization strategy.
Development of KPI metrics to ensure compliance with the contractual requirements.
Developing processes to interface with the Managed Services/Operations department.
Represent HUAWEI RF teams in project meetings with customer,
Lead the development and implementation of processes to be followed by RF teams,
Responsible for leading RF team members to carry out RF planning, design and optimization activities on networks including; cell planning, coverage predictions, traffic dimensioning, interference analysis, drive-testing, and performance analysis and monitoring.
Establish and implement a reporting structure on progress against project deliverables and KPIs on a national basis,
Responsible for document control during RF
Main Requirements:
Bachelor degree or above in Telecommunications or related field of study
Minimum 4 years experience in RF planning and optimization
Excellent technical knowledge of GSM/GPRS/EDGE/UMTS RF planning and optimization
Understand the fundamentals of GSM/GPRS/EDGE/UMTS network systems
Hands-on experience in the areas and tools of radio network planning and optimization.
Able to work well in a fast-paced changing environment
Customer oriented, proactive, self driven and able to meet tight deadlines of project
Must be able to communicate effectively in English; proficiency in Mandarin will be an added advantage
Candidate must be willing to travel within Indonesia
Have Siemens BTS planning and Optimization experience is advantage.
