CS Core Manager
Responsibilities:
- Design and Planning of CS Core: MSS, MGW and HLR system, BSC and RNC
- Engineering of CS Core: MSS, MGW and HLR system, BSC and RNC
- Implementation of CS Core Project for each Purchase Order (PO) together with vendor for SAT, SIT, UAT, MVI in the area of MSS, MGW, HLR, BSC and RNC.
- Traffic engineering and performance engineering of CS Core NW.
- Analyzing and planning for integration to other networks element such as POI, SCP/IN, USSD, RBT
- Technical responsibility for International Roaming Testing.
- System reporting for activities in CS Core Network.
- RFP, BOQ, PR and PO for CS Core Deployment
Requirements:
Minimum Bachelor (S1) degree in Telecommunication Engineering
Minimum 5 years working experiences in Telecommunication Industry
Experience in Design and Planning of CS Core: MSS, MGW and HLR system, BSC and RNC
Able to speak and write in English
Have a good reporting skill
