- Establish close customer relationships with third parties
- Grow the Trading Book in a profitable and sustainable way
- Develop risk management strategies in co-ordination with colleagues
- Proactively exchange information and ideas with the rest of the global fuel team and the other trading desks
- Develop a clear understanding of market dynamics, and work in co-operation with other Shell organizations
- Work with associated groups to extract maximum value from every deal
- Apply constant trading discipline, professionalism, optimal use of working capital and a global mindset.
