We are regional provider of mobile network engineering services. The company designs, builds and manages mobile telecommunication networks for telecoms equipment vendors and service operators in Asia-Pacific, enabling the successful implementation of GSM, GPRS, CDMA, 3G/UMTS networks. These are complemented by our comprehensive range of quality engineering services: project management, RF engineering & optimization, in-building coverage and macro-cellular telecoms implementation.
We need high qualified professional to join our team as:
SALES & ACCOUNT MANAGER
Qualification
Graduate in Marketing and/or Telecommunication. Preferably graduate from Telecommunication with Master Degree in Marketing.
Excellent negotiation skills
Having good interpersonal and communication skill
Good English proficiency
Good presentation skills
(A) JOB PURPOSE
To assist Marketing Director and/or General Manager to achieve overall companies sales target by at least achieving the assigned sales target.
To ensure smooth and proper work flows and maintain good and continuous relationship with the assigned accounts as well as continue searching for potential new accounts.
(B) KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
To proactively look for opportunities in order to develop new key accounts to ensure that the assigned sales target are met or even exceeding.
To implement and comply with the set sales strategy, policies and procedures/processes in order to effectively and efficiently meeting tender criteria and timely submission.
To establish and maintain strong relationship with the assigned accounts in order to ensure high level of customer satisfaction and trust for continuation of existing customers.
To monitor sales performance and provide regular valuable reports to Management Team.
To monitor competitor activities and provide feedback to Management Team.
To liaise with project director, project managers and other key personnel in the project team as well as the Admin Executive in order to maintain an updated project related information and corporate related matters, especially when preparing tender documents.
Familiar with the “Raisecom” product.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years experience as Sales & Account in the Telecommunication industries, both with providers and vendors.
