SALES MANAGER
General Summary :

Sells the breadth of the Grentech product line in assigned geographic territory or assigned named accounts.
Focuses principally on selling line extensions or new products to current customers and on prospecting for and selling to new buyers and/or new project.
Requires a balanced sales effort involving sales/account management skills and product knowledge/problem-solving/solution skills.

Duties and Responsibilities (*Essential Functions) :
Promote products in order to achieve assigned sales goal.
Create leads through networking and following up on others efforts.
Expand product sales to existing clients by identifying additional needs and selling Grentech products to meet those needs.
Take a leading role in the new account sales process coordinating various resources to successfully close projects.
Responsible for full sales cycle, from leads to on-going account relationships, and payment collection.
Offer input to others on competitor service offerings and changing customer demands.
Assess market opportunities and develop business plan to meet revenue objectives.
Assess key decision-makers needs and determine the appropriate sales message and service offerings to meet customer needs.
Provide and regularly update sales and revenue forecasts.

Qualifications Required :
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
5 plus years of successful sales experience; at least 2 years of successful sales experience in Indonesian Telecom industry.
Previous working experience with Indonesian telecom operator or major telecom equipment vendor preferred.
Experience in wireless or RF field preferred.
Competent in understanding and communicating all products and technical information.
Proficient in assessing customer needs.
Able to conduct territory analysis/planning
Able to understand/communicate complex contract conditions and develop proposals.
Able to work independently.
Good interpersonal skills and value teamwork
Reasonably good English communication skills including verbal, reading and written skills

Notes:
Good communications in spoken Chinese (Mandarin) by Preference.
