PT. Solusi Aksesindo Pratama is the Broadband Internet Access operator that provides netZAP Instant Broadband Internet service for Indonesia market. PT SAP is a first-mover wireless broadband operator and is the service provider behind the netZAP Instant Broadband Internet service. The Company has been granted a National Telecommunication Network Operating License and an Exclusive Spectrum Allocation from the Ministry of Communication and Information and Technology of the Republic of Indonesia and the Directorate General of Post and Telecommunication.
PELUANG KERJA TECHNICAL SUPPORT
Qualification :
• Graduated S1 Degree in Information Technology Degree
• MALE 25 – 30 YEARS OLD
• Have experience providing desktop Windows computer support in a corporate LAN/WAN environment.
• Good written and oral communication, interpersonal skills, excellent customer service skills and ability to work with all levels of company employees are required.
• Solid understanding of Microsoft Windows XP operating system and Microsoft Office / LINUX
• Solid understanding of PC hardware and troubleshooting.
• Capable of supporting basic network troubleshooting and remote access technologies(VPN, Secure ID, Blackberry).
• Strong technical knowledge and experience of IT equipment and computing operational
• At least 1years work experience in multinational company in similar position / tasks
• Technical skills /competencies in Computer and peripheral hardware, Windows Operating
• System, Standard Office Application Program, Telephone System.
• Good communication skill to understand user needs and to explain problem solving to users.
• Analytical skill in troubleshooting of computer / peripheral / telephone
• Must be able to work some evening and weekends and to be available on short notice to resolve problems
• Good written and verbal communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
• Able to work on shift
