Peluang IT Job SENIOR IT OPERATIONS MANAGER
Requirements:
- At least 3 years IT management experience in UNIX based data center environment
- Proven track record of project planning and delivering IT projects on time and managing diverse technical staff
- Sound knowledge of IT operational processes and procedures
- Ability to suggest and deliver innovative approaches
- Ability to communicate on all levels with high profile costumers
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills and ability to train and manage a diverse team of IT Engineers (incl. 24x7 technical support staff)
- Very good hands-on skills and experience in UNIX System Administration and server and network management, incl. Shell Scripting and standard UNIX-based application implementation and maintenance (JBoss, Apache, My SQL, etc)
- GSM telecommunication knowledge is an advantage
- Excellent communication skills, fluent English (written and spoken) is a must
- Excellent degree from reputable university
- A high degree of motivation and a 'can do' attitude
