HEAD OF PRODUCTIVITY DEVELOPMENT & HSE
Requirements :
- Minimum educational background is bachelor degree from reputable university
- Minimum 5 years experience in managerial position, in PPIC and related field.
- Posses strong leadership and analytical thinking
- Posses good knowledge in Six Sigma (Green Belt certified), TQM, Kanban system, JIT, K3 Program, 5S Program, etc.
- Good command in English (oral and written)
- Good interpersonal and communication skill
- Familiar in conducting workshops and trainings
Main responsibilities :
Make sure that continuous productivity improvement process are happening & implemented in the operational unit/divisions as well as safety issues in operational are well managed to create performance friendly workplace
Tasks :
Set up standard policy and implement productivity improvement strategies/methods
Introduce and improve productivity methods, standards and strategies for production processes
Make sure that regulation requirement in HSE field, standard operation procedure is well provided & implemented.
Creates & reviews HSE procedures related to the work activities & the plant requirements.
Coordinate and monitor all HSE aspects compliance for the employees & workplaces
Provide documentation for all HSE activities, such as project implementation, training, meeting, and inspection.
