We are a contractor equipment public mining coal company seeking the great people to support and enhance our position as the great company for mining industry for the position of:
PELUANG KERJA SYSTEM MANAGEMENT OFFICE MANAGER
(Code: SMO)
The candidate for this position will responsible to translate strategy of the organization into concrete action and set up major priorities on improvement of the organization. He/she also will responsible to facilitate divisions and departments in developing their strategy, KPI (key performance indicators), targets, initiatives and budgets.
Requirements:
• Having knowledge in balanced score card is preferred
• Organized and systematic character is essential
• Strong analytical thinking and good interpersonal skills
• Fluent in English both of oral & written and also computer literate
• Ready to work under-pressure
• Min. bachelor degree of local and overseas university in Finance/Accounting or similar field
• Male/Female, max 40
• At least 3 years of working experience as manager level and having good knowledge in corporate strategy, project management and business process
