Senior Planning Engineer, requirement:
- 12 years of experience in developing plans and schedules for work activities on industrial projects.
- Well literate both in Primavera and MS project
- Possess knowledge in development of work breakdown structures, monitoring and reporting of project progress, identification of critical milestone and establishment of recovery plans
- Possess thorough knowledge of planning and scheduling techniques
- Excellent communication skills in English (oral and written)
- Graduate from university degree in Engineering
- Ability to work independently &/or with minimum supervision
- Having competency of Leadership: Planning, Organizing, Actuating, Controlling
- Candidate must be a team player who is an effective and confident communicator, highly analytical and self motivated. Superior communication and presentation skills, excellent PC skills, strong interpersonal and organizational skills are essential. Strong research skills, attention to detail, and proven time management skills are required
- Well adept not just in generating 5,000 detailed multi discipline logically linked activities but also can analyze issues and recommend solutions.
