BRANCH MANAGER
Requirement :
- 5 years of working experience in Banking position or related field
- Good Negotiation and Financial Analysis skill.
- Having competency of Leadership: Planning, Organizing, Actuating, Controlling
- Good communication, negotiation & selling skill with positive attitude
- Strong communication, analytical and people skills.
- Excellent presentation skills and ability to multi task will be a strong plus.
- Excellent communication skill, Computer proficiency, sociable, responsible, honest, independent, discipline, smarts, dynamic, high stress-tolerance, positive attitude, good teamwork, and pleasant personality
- Male or Female age 28 - 37 years old
- BSMR Certificate is a must
- Have program MT/ODP Program from banking is advantages
- This position must be filled with young people with strong salesmanship, sales planning communications and teamwork
- Willing to be stationed on Jakarta Bali, or all branch position.
