Job Description
Drilling Supervisor provided day-to-day on-site supervision of drilling operations. He would be the primary contact with rig and third party personnel at the rig site to ensure operations are performed in accordance with the drilling program in a safe and cost effective manner.
- Ensures drilling procedures are followed as planned and conducted in an optimum manner
- Organizes and orders services and equipments to conduct drilling and testing operations
- Ensure that rig and third party equipment are adequately and properly maintained.
- In association with on-site technical personnel is responsible for maximum safety and efficient drilling
- Ensure accurate and adequate reports and records of operations, equipments, and evaluation.
- In association with well-site geologist, ensures logging, coring and production tests are performed as planned.
- Responsible for operations complying with all regulations


Office Location Job: Jakarta
Requirements of Candidate
- High School graduate; preferably Bachelor Degree in Mechanical, Chemical or Petroleum Engineering
- Experience in oilfield related industry
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work successfully in a changing environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Willing to be located in any location in Indonesia

Duties Include:
Cabling installation (Voice, Data, Video, Audio)
Maintain clear and full daily record of tasks assigned
Full understanding of cabling infrastructure systems
Able to properly run, label, terminate, dress, test all cabling installation
Installation of all type of Voice, Data, Video and Audio cabling, including all associated support systems
Experienced with installation of racks, cabinets, conduits, raceways and ladder racks
Ability to perform cable testing and troubleshooting
To be familiar with and to follow all industry safety rules
Recognize up-sale opportunities and communicate to the appropriate parties
Always use efficiency and care with materials, tools and equipment
Timely communication to staff, management and client (as necessary and/or instructed)


General Requirements:
Position Level correspondent with years and level of experience
An appropriate level of understanding and proficiency in all areas of cabling
Experienced with (Fiber, Copper, Multi-pair, Coax, Component and Composite cabling)
Understanding of cabling topologies
Ability to work flexible hours when necessary
Reliable transportation and owns all necessary tools
